  Kingman
Kingman, Arizona is our suggestion of a great place to enjoy a Route 66 vacation. It is not too hot and not too cold! There are No Wildfires, No Earthquakes, No Tornadoes, No High Winds, No Volcanoes, No Hurricanes, No Mudslides, No Flooding, No Hail, No Ice or Bitter Winter Weather, although in the winter we do have a Rare Snow here in town that usually melts by noon.

Located in Northwest Arizona, Kingman is the ideal base from which to explore the many Route 66 places to go and see here as well as many exciting day trips. The longest continuous stretch of Historic Route 66, also called the "Mother Road," remaining in the USA crosses Mohave County for 158 miles, with Kingman right in the middle of it.
